than 14 days before arrival is 50% cancellation and 100%
cancellation fee for less than 7 days, unless the room can
be resold in peak season any cancelled booking is charged
at full rate if the room/suite cannot be resold.

We
are happy to welcome children under 6 years sharing room
with parents, without an extra bed/ blanket & pillow
with no charge. Charge for extra person is RM100 per night
with breakfast with separate single bed made available.

| transport |
We are pleased to arrange for a van and driver to meet you
at the airport and bring you to Muntri Mews. The charge
is RM100 (one way).

| tours |
We
are happy to arrange tours of the area by air conditioned
van with driver and this can be booked when you are with
us. Charges are RM50/hour.
